Adrian Stanley

Chairman

Adrian has been a lawyer for over 30 years. His main areas of practice are public sector development schemes, regeneration projects and funding agreements for local authorities and Homes England (formerly the HCA). The majority of his career was spent with Eversheds Sutherland where he was the senior partner of the Newcastle office.

Adrian has been a board member for a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Currently, he is an academic tutor at Sunderland University teaching postgraduate students in the pro bono law clinic.

Mike Pattison

Prince Bishops Homes Board Director

Mike is a chartered surveyor who has had roles in the house building industry since 1984. He has worked for national house building companies including Barratt Developments and Haslam Homes (now Keepmoat Homes) and a variety of private Quantity Surveying Practices.

He currently is a director and shareholder of Countrylife Homes Ltd, a small housing developer in the North East. He has extensive experience in land acquisition, construction, finance and sales.

When not at work, Mike is a member and team player of Ponteland Tennis Club and a keen musician, playing the piano and trumpet.

Rob Armstrong

Prince Bishops Homes Board Director

Originally from the North East, but having graduated from Leicester Polytechnic in 1982 with a qualification in estate management, Rob has worked in property for his entire adult career.

After a short spell as an estate agent, Rob moved to Bellway Homes where he worked from 1986 to 2018, eventually rising to the post of regional sales director. He held that position for over 15 years where he was responsible not only for the strategic sales function for an area covering the Scottish Borders down to North Yorkshire, but also for multi-disciplined briefs such as land appraisals, quality control and customer care.

Rob has first rate knowledge and a wealth of experience in the North East housing market which he brings to the PBH board.

Simon Sheard - Assets and Facilities Manager

Simon Sheard

Assets and Facilities Manager

Simon works for both Prince Bishops Homes and their parent company Derwentside Homes. He has been involved with Prince Bishops since it was established in 2008 and has helped develop all processes and procedures. As a chartered surveyor he deals with valuations, property purchases and sales, new build schemes and management of the rental portfolio.

Stephen Jackson - Development Consultant

Development Consultant

Stephen Jackson is a Development Consultant  acting for Prince Bishops Homes in the acquisition of land for our Market Rent and Sales activities and advising on general development activities. Being a Chartered Town Planner with over 38 years’ experience in housing development he is well place to work with land owners to get the best value out of land assets both for PBH and the land owner alike.

Steve Taylor - Surveyor

Steve joined the Prince Bishops Homes team in October 2015, having previously worked for Derwentside Homes since 2008.  He brings with him over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of Contract Administration providing day to day management and financial control of the new build development schemes.

Garry Brown - Quality Control Officer

Quality Control Officer

Garry has worked in the industry for over 40 years and is a skilled tradesman and experienced clerk of works. Garry provides quality assurance whilst our homes are under construction and endeavours to ensure that our homes are “customer ready”.

Garry has a deep seated appreciation of customer care and really understands technical build and construction issues and how they can be avoided. Garry’s major objective is ensure that we have a defect free product to hand over to our customers. When problems do happen, Garry is there to help resolve matters and liaise between those who build our home and the customer.

Victoria Murphy - Lettings Negotiator and Sales Advisor

Lettings Negotiator and Sales Advisor

Victoria joined the Prince Bishops Homes team in September 2013 as a lettings negotiator to support with the expansion of the company.  Her duties include, day to day management of rental properties, carrying out viewings and open days for properties both for rent and sale, preparing tenancy agreements and arranging sign up with new tenants.

Senior Lettings Negotiator and Sales Advisor

Joanne has been with Prince Bishops Homes since the company was set up in October 2008. Her current role as Senior Lettings Negotiator involves the day to day management of rental properties, carrying out viewings and open days for properties for both rent and sale, preparing tenancy agreements and arranging sign up with new tenants. Joanne is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CMCIH) and holds an FdA in Housing.
